There are all kinds of options out there for the would-be borrower. One of the most common statements made by new clients is 'I've been told I can't get a mortgage'. What this often means is that they have asked their own bank for a certain service or product that they do not provide, or for which that particular person isn't eligible. Not only can we look across the whole market for clients that have specific requirements, we can also search for a better deal for clients already on the property ladder, whether they are re-mortgaging, moving or looking to get into property investment. Each deal in the market will differ in some way from the next, whether it is arrangement fee, tie-in period, fixed rate, offset option or maximum term.
